Welding and working cabin with exhaust system for the company Schwenk

Jansen Systembau supplied a soundproof welding booth including an extraction system to the company Schwenk Zement from Ulm. The family-run company specializes in the processing of cement, sand, gravel and concrete.  

To protect the production environment from emissions (noise and welding gases), a welding cabin in soundproof design with a corresponding extraction system was installed. The ready-to-use assemblies for the welding and working cabins are prefabricated in our company, which guarantees a quick assembly. With a room volume of approx. 41m³, the welding cabin promises sufficient space for targeted work. 

The equipment of the welding cabin includes a double-wing sliding door with integrated sound-insulated windows, sound-insulated wall and ceiling panels with a non-combustible mineral wool core, an exhaust system and lighting. 

The welding and work booths from Jansen Systembau are ideal for protection against production-related noise and dust.
