Description
Jansen's soundproofing sectional gate is certified according to DIN EN ISO 140-3. The gate reaches a soundproofing value of Rw,p = 39 dB. The gate leaf is made of aluminium-frame-construction with an inserted soundproofed filling and aluminium surface.

Both gates are available up to a width of 7,000 mm. Larger dimensions on request.
Product description
Gate leaf
The gate leaf consists of 80 mm profiles. Starting at a door width of 3.000 mm, a centre muntin is set. The castors are inserted in the front side of the section and are not visible in mounted condition.
Guide rails
The vertical guide rails (aluminium) come with an inner and outer profile seal up to the lintel and round anti-trap protection. Because of the division of the guide rails maintenance and service is very simple.
Surface
The frame is made of aluminium profiles. The soundproofed filling is covered with galvanized steel or aluminium. The door leaf is coated in RAL as standard.
Fitting
Standard fittings for a lintel height of 800 mm, depending on door size. Further types of fittings such as high lift fittings, fittings for slanted roofs or vertical fittings are possible.
Operations
The soundproofing door is equipped with a springless shaft drive. This advantageous drive technology is very maintenance-friendly and ensures a long lifespan.
