Dust | Zone 21 is a place in which an explosive atmosphere in the form of a cloud of combustible dust in air may occasionally occur during normal operation. | Zone 22 is a place in which an explosive atmosphere in the form of a cloud of combustible dust in air is not likely to occur in normal operation but, if it does occur, will persist for a short period only. |
Door leaf
The door leaf is made of 460 mm high, stucco aluminium-panels with horizontal corrugations. The thickness of the PU-foamed sections is 40 mm. The door leaf is also possible with aluminium-bar-construction in a glazed or closed design. Execution as lifting door possible.
Surface
The aluminium-frame-sections are E6/ EV1 anodized. The door leaf can be painted in RAL, DB or NCS to choice if so requested.
Fittings
Standard fittings for a lintel height of 380 mm, depending on the size of the door. Further types of fittings such as high lift fittings, fittings for slanted roofs, low headroom or vertical fittings are possible.
Guide rails
The vertical guide rails (galvanized steel) come with an outer profile seal up to the lintel.
Operation
Operation by an electric drive. Individually adjusted springs above the lintel ensure a balanced running of the door.
For large doors, doors with frequent cycles or higher speed an electric drive without spring compensation is advisable. This advantageous drive technology is very maintenance-friendly and ensures a long lifespan.
Placement of drive and control inside or outside of ATEX-zone, depending on requirements.
