Room systems for the companies GSW and GST from Oldenburg

The Jansen Systembau GmbH & Co. KG was commissioned by the transport company GST Global Service GmbH and the company GSW Global Service Warehousing GmbH to build various hall offices.

The scope of services included the planning, construction, production as well as the installation by our qualified personnel. All hall offices are equipped with electrical and lighting packages as well as heating convectors.

The Jansen Systembau GmbH & Co. KG initially supplied a factory-finished module room (IN-CO).

This 18 m² module room can be moved at any time with a forklift truck. The mobile hall office was fully assembled and electrically wired at the Jansen Systembau factory in Surwold.

The second, prefabricated module room of the same size was delivered as a prefabricated kit and erected on site. A partition wall and a total of three doors were installed for the use of two separate offices. The floor was covered with OSB boards and PVC flooring. For an optimal incidence of light a total of seven windows, two of which are sliding windows, are used.

After delivery of the two single-storey modular rooms, Jansen Systembau GmbH & Co. KG received the order for a further office in a two-storey design including steel platform, stairs and access platform. Both floors each have 18 m² usable area and were each equipped with a swing door and non-slip PVC flooring. A total of 11 windows were installed for the panoramic view. The first floor was also equipped with a grid ceiling. The base plates of the stage supports were recessed in the flooring by using 40 mm thick class P6 chipboard to achieve a uniform surface. The sound-absorbing wall and ceiling panels noticeably reduce noise pollution in the hall offices.
