Description
Jansen's soundproofing sectional door is certified according to DIN EN ISO 140-3. The door reaches a soundproofing value of Rw,p = 29 dB. The door leaf is made of aluminium-bar-construction with an inserted soundproofed filling.
Jansen's soundproofing sectional door is certified according to DIN 52210. The door reaches a soundproofing value of Rw,p = 35 dB. The door leaf is made of aluminium-bar-construction with inserted soundproofed glazing.
Both door solutions are available up to a width of 4,000 mm. Larger dimensions on request.

gate Leaf
The gate leaf consists of 40 mm profiles. The door leaf is without fitted lateral hinges, floor or top-roll brackets. Each gate element is guided in ball bearing mounted castors.
Guide rails
The vertical guide rails (galvanized steel) come with an inner and outer profile seal up to the lintel and round anti-trap protection. Because of the division of the guide rails maintenance and service is very simple.
Surface
The aluminium-frame-sections are E6/EV1 anodised. The door leaf can be covered in RAL, DB or NCS to choice if so required
Fittings
Standard fittings for a lintel height of 680 mm, depending on the size of the door. Further types of fittings such as high lift fittings, fittings for slanted roofs or vertical fittings are possible.
Operations
Manually via hand chain or electric drive. Individually adjusted springs above the lintel ensure a balanced running of the door. For large doors or doors with frequent cycles an electric drive without spring compensation is advisable.
