Soundproof cabin with heavy load storage platform at FATH GmbH 91174 Spalt

In October 2019, Jansen Systembau GmbH received an inquiry for the construction of a heavy-duty platform with 1,000 kg /m² as well as a sound insulation cabin on this platform. After clarifying the requirements for the sound-proof cabin and the storage platform, Jansen Systembau GmbH was awarded the contract for the project after submitting a quotation and a local or measurement date.

In the course of the production drawings, the support position of the platform took into account the planned technical installations in the area of the storage platform. It was important to the customer to create a clean finish of the stage in the hall wall area. The layout of the sound insulation cabin was adjusted for the last time and after technical clarity and a production time of approx. 4 weeks, we were able to hand over the entire project to the customer in week 05/2020, approx. 2 weeks before the planned completion date, after acceptance without defects.
