Laminating cell + measuring room for Zender Germany GmbH

Jansen Systembau was commissioned by the company Zender Germany from Osnabrück to create two module rooms. Zender Germany GmbH produces highly qualified interior, functional parts and accessories for the automotive industry.

Already last year Jansen Systembau planned, produced and assembled a lamination cell with the dimensions of 11 m x 5 m and a height of 3 m. The prefabricated kit of the 3-sided module room was connected to an existing wall. The wall and ceiling panels consist of two metal cover layers with an internal polyurethane insulation core, thus ensuring good insulating properties. 15 generous windows guarantee a pleasant working atmosphere with plenty of daylight. 

This year Jansen Systembau was allowed to deliver a measuring room (4.5 x 7.5 x 3 m) to Zender Germany GmbH in Osnabrück. Again, a quick and clean assembly was guaranteed by the prefabricated components as a kit, so that the customer's operation was not affected. The measuring room was built from the same components as the laminating cell with highly insulating wall and ceiling elements, an access door and windows with insulating glass.
